The way to get 1 million points is back!

The best way to get the most return on your spend is back: The Chase Ink Business Unlimited and Chase Ink Business Cash have their all-time high promotional sign-up bonus of 90,000 points after $6,000 spend.

The cherry on top is that they’re also $0 annual fee and 0% APR for 12 months, so you can extract even more value from them.

Now, 90,000 points is no where near 1,000,000, so let’s break it down to the ways to get there. And don’t forget to sign-up for the major giveaways by Rove and Chase for 1 million points at the bottom!

How to get 1 million points

Chase is actually making it harder now since in October, you won’t be able to get referral points when you refer someone to an ink card that already has an ink. That was the crux of our strategy back in 2023.

That said, you can still get multiples of the same card, so here’s a sample plan you can do - basically just hit the sign-up bonus then move on to the next card.

Here’s how it can look in 2025. P1 = Player 1 (you) and P2 = Player 2 (a partner)

• P1: Applies to the Chase Ink Unlimited - 90,000 (sign-up bonus) + 9,000 (points spend) = 99,000

• P2: Applies to Chase Ink Unlimited with P1 referral - 90,000 (sign-up bonus) + 9,000 (points spend) + 20,000 (referral) = 119,000 → 218,000 total

• P1: Applies to Chase Ink Cash - 90,000 (sign-up bonus) + 30,000* (points spend) = 120,000 → 338,000 total

• P2: Applies to Chase Ink Cash - 90,000 (sign-up bonus) + 30,000* (points spend) = 120,000 → 458,000 total

*If you do the Visa/Mastercard gift card hack at Office Supply Stores, you can get 30,000 points on that first $6,000 spend, otherwise 1x gives you 6,000 points.

Now that we’re half way there, you can literally repeat the same process since Chase allows you to get multiple of the same kinds of Ink card OR move on to other Chase cards with lucrative bonuses like the Sapphire cards.
