Yes, it’s our typical holiday reminder to use shopping portals to get you extra cashback as you shop online this season. Except, don’t just take our word for it, take it from Matthew’s mom! You can read the guide for details, or see important steps below to maximize the money in your wallet.

  1. Use Cashbackmonitor or Getsavewise to find the best shopping portal to use for X retailer

  2. Activate the shopping portal by clicking through their link

  3. Shop as normal

  4. ???

  5. Profit by redeeming your rewards!

Cashback Portals (and our referral links)

  • Rakuten is my favorite one because you can actually earn American Express Membership Reward points instead of just cash. Right now our referral link allows you to get $40 when you first sign up!

  • Kudos is up and coming and has other wallet features to help you with your credit card journey.  Current referral is $20 on your first purchase through them. 

  • TopCashback has several retailers not found anywhere else, even something like Amazon. Current referral is $35 on your first purchase with them. 

  • Price is alright, and the current referral offer is only $5

  • BeFrugal has really fast payouts . No referral, but they have a $10 bonus for signing up. 

  • Fluz  is a powerful program that has heightened deals at times. 

  • RetailMeNot more focuses on coupons, but still has some good deals. 

  • FatCoupon has a multi-prong sign-up bonus for at least $10.
